Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to RSVPhere.app, a product of H Factor Limited. Orders are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, which handles billing, refunds, and customer support for purchases.
30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, refund requests are handled by Paddle:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
- Or email Paddle buyer support at help@paddle.com with your order details.
- You can also contact us at support@rsvphere.app and we will help coordinate your request with Paddle.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 3–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Renewals and cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or via Paddle. Cancelling stops future renewals — access continues through the end of your current billing period. For refunds on a renewal charge outside the 30-day window, contact Paddle support; refunds in these cases are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law, including any mandatory withdrawal or cooling-off rights for consumers in the UK, EU, or other jurisdictions. Paddle's full Refund Policy and Buyer Terms also apply to all purchases.
